Independent Services Contract

This contract is used for all paid services provided to the District. This is intended for a single use event, program, or service over the course of a year. These contracts will need to be renewed annually if services will be continued into a new year. Insurance is required for all services being provided under an Independent Services Contract and services may not commence until the contract is approved by the Board of Trustees.

Transportation Services Contract

This contract is used for transportation services that will be used throughout the year. These contracts will auto renew unless the transportation company or District terminates the contract. Insurance is required for all transportation contracts and carries different limits than the standard Independent Services Contract. The transportation services may not be used until the contract is approved by the Board of Trustees. Insurance must be tracked and updated accordingly for future year renewals.

Training/Professional Development Contract

This contract is used for all training/professional development services provided to the District. This is intended for vendors that may be used more than one time over the course of a year. These contracts will need to be renewed annually if services will be continued into a new year. Insurance is required for all services being provided may not commence until the contract is approved by the Board of Trustees.
